What we do in Syracuse
Our work follows the national Four for the Future framework — adapted for the young men of Syracuse and the schools, families and neighborhoods they come from.
Mentoring
One-to-one and group mentoring that pairs students with Black men who show up consistently.
Health & Wellness
Screenings, sports, nutrition and mental-health conversations built for young men.
Economic Empowerment
Financial literacy, first-job readiness and entrepreneurship for teens and families.
Real men, real role models —
right here at home
For nearly three decades, the Syracuse chapter has been a room full of doctors, tradesmen, teachers, business owners and public servants who decided that the young men of this city deserve their attention.
We are volunteers. Every dollar and every hour goes back into Syracuse.
