“The 100 connects with professionals in our community who conduct 60 to 90-minute workshops on leadership, professional development, and financial literacy.”
About the program
Future 100 introduces high school students to the wide range of careers and futures within their reach. Over 12 weeks, professionals from across Central New York lead 60- to 90-minute workshops built around six pillars: the history of the 100, leadership, community service, professional development, health and well-being, and financial literacy.
Students move through the program together as a cohort, staying with the same group from the first session to the last. Each week pairs real-world exposure — guest speakers, worksite visits, hands-on activities — with honest conversation about where a young man wants to go and what it takes to get there.
