About the Program

The Youth Empowerment Program gives students in grades 4 through 8 a place to grow — academically and personally — every week of the school year. Students build study habits, confidence and character alongside mentors and peers who show up for them all year long.

The program is built around six pillars: the history of the 100, leadership, community service, professional development, health and well-being, and financial literacy. Each is shaped for younger students, turning big ideas into hands-on lessons, group activities and conversations they carry home. More than 100 students take part every year.
